1942 GMC Short Wheel Base Fuel Truck with running, original 228 straight six. Engine water pump needs rebuilt. Truck was converted to a water truck for on site fire supression for a logging company. Last operated in 2012. Has an Onan 2 cylinder running a 70 GPM pump. Tank size is unknown. Visual inspection shows that the master cylinder was replaced not long ago. Good tires. Can be driven, but brakes are currently ineffective. Solid cab corners minmal rust on passenge floor pan near the battery tray. Small amount of rust in the door bottoms. We revealed the orignal door lettering. It reads, "Whittle Oil Co, 95 Main St., Ashland Oregon Dial 3331"
